I say, with all sincerity, Vanessa is the absolute best Real Estate agent that has ever represented me. She was knowledgeable, communicative, strategic, and if she wasn't available, she sent an agent in her place. She negotiated my offer fearlessly, resulting in an accepted offer 3% less than the already low asking price! She was consistently available for calls, texts, and emails, for what became a lengthy five month coop buying process, while still radiating friendliness, patience, and outright joy. She also followed through with walk-through repairs even after closing, being the only agent in 4 home deals over 26 years to gift me a framed photo she took of me by the property with a personally handwritten card! Vanessa truly loves what she does, treats her clients like family, and will fight by your side when most other agents are only concerned about commissions or raising offer prices. Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! Will rehire again and AGAIN!!!

Vanessa has been amazing! Her communication and eagerness to help has been top notch. As someone who was looking for a home for years and has used other realtors, Vanessa has been the best of the best. She always goes above and beyond and gets done whatever she says she will get done. I would have not closed on my dream home if it wasn’t for Vanessa.
